Product development
We employ a meticulously designed process for new product introductions. This involves a series of steps to ensure each new development is thoroughly assessed and reviewed to meet client expectations while minimizing the risk of defects. A key aspect of this process is selecting the perfect wick, which is crucial to achieving the ideal burn characteristics and performance of our candles.
Production
Throughout manufacturing, we conduct frequent quality controls on dimensions, weights, and colors to ensure consistency and adherence to our high standards. We also prioritize using the finest raw materials, controlling their quality before production starts to ensure we have the best and right quality materials for creating superior candles.
Post-production
After production, we rigorously evaluate burning performance, including burn hours, flame height, leftover residual mass, fire safety, soot release, and color stability.
