Liljeholmens Group to divest Gies Kerzen GmbH

Liljeholmens Group AB has entered into an agreement with KCB Uma GmbH regarding the sale of all shares in Gies Kerzen GmbH. The transaction will take effect on 1 January 2026.

Gies Kerzen GmbH is a well-established company in the German market, with a strong presence in grocery retail. Its portfolio includes both branded products and private label offerings, encompassing scented candles, taper candles, pillar candles, tealights, and LED candles. The company is known for combining long-standing tradition with modern, customer-oriented service and has established a reputation as a reliable partner for retailers, with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Following the transaction, Gies Kerzen GmbH will continue to act as a distributor of the Liljeholmens brand in the German market.
