Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB acquires Skånska Stearinljusfabriken to strengthen its market position

Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, Royal Court Supplier and the world’s largest supplier of stearin candles, has acquired Skånska Stearinljusfabriken. The acquisition is part of Liljeholmens Stearinfabrik's strategy to strengthen its market position and expand its product range.

Like Liljeholmens Stearinfabrik, Skånska Stearinljusfabriken is known for producing high-quality stearin candles. Through this acquisition, Liljeholmens Stearinfabrik will be able to offer an even wider range of products to our customers.

The acquisition will take effect on November 1, and both companies are now working together to ensure a smooth integration. The highly skilled team at Skånska Stearinljusfabriken will continue with production and sales in Ängelholm, just as before, in close collaboration with their new colleagues at Liljeholmens Stearinfabrik.
